The following subscription terms (“Subscription Terms”) are applicable those account holders (“Vendors”) of thefriendclub.com (“Site”) that have additionally subscribed to the services offer through the Site by The Friend Club, Inc. (“Friend Club”).

WEBSITE POLICIES

By subscribing to and using FRIEND CLUB's services, Vendors agree to be bound by and comply with the definitions, terms, and conditions outlined below along with FRIEND CLUB's Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Cookies Policy as outlined on our website. These policies govern the use of our platform and services, and Vendors are encouraged to review them regularly to stay informed of any updates or changes.

PAYMENT

Full payment is required at the time of upgrade. A Stripe invoice will be issued upon confirmation of the upgrade.

SOCIAL MEDIA SCHEDULING

Dates for social media posts will be agreed upon and confirmed shortly after client onboarding or the time of upgrade and scheduled into FRIEND CLUB’s content calendar. However, FRIEND CLUB reserves the right to schedule social media content at a time determined by FRIEND CLUB. FRIEND CLUB will make reasonable accommodations for Vendor requests.

CREATIVE CONTROL

All artwork, photography, and content must align with the aesthetic of FRIEND CLUB at FRIEND CLUB’s discretion. FRIEND CLUB maintains creative control over all visual content on social media and the platform. Vendors must obtain sharing permission from photographers and credit all relevant parties before submitting images to FRIEND CLUB.

DIRECTORY ORDER

The order of placement in the directory is determined by the Vendor’s subscription package and the number of posts on their FRIEND CLUB profile.

SUBMISSIONS

Due to the high volume of submissions, FRIEND CLUB will only respond if the content is a fit and approved for scheduling. All submission must be sent to [email protected]. Vendors must obtain all necessary rights and permissions from all parties involved in the content they submit.

LIABILITY

FRIEND CLUB is not responsible for any errors in content, materials, or documents supplied by Vendors. FRIEND CLUB will not accept liability for any loss incurred by the Vendor as a result of incorrect crediting, contact details, etc.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Vendors must commit to a 12-month subscription period. In the event of a cancellation or downgrade by the Vendor, no refunds will be issued for the remaining period of the subscription. FRIEND CLUB reserves the right to cancel a Vendor's subscription at any time for violations of these Subscription Terms, the terms and conditions of the Site, or any other reason deemed appropriate by FRIEND CLUB.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Vendors must ensure that they own or have the appropriate licenses to all content submitted or posted to FRIEND CLUB, including images, videos, and text. By submitting or posting content to FRIEND CLUB, Vendors grant FRIEND CLUB a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, create derivative copies of, and distribute the content in connection with the services provided by FRIEND CLUB.
